The adults of MCC enjoy Sunday School at 10:15 am. Until we complete our facility expansion, we're offering one class for adults: The Prodigal God (by Tim Keller).

Break away from what the world expects and be something different! Whether you’re 19 and just relieved to have survived your first year away from home, or you’re 27 and the monotony of work leaves you tired and wishing for something more, Project:Fracture (P:F) is a place to start something new.
P:F meets every Thursday at MCC from 7:30 – 9:30 pm for a time of prayer, study, discussion, and, of course, snacks.
The men of Murrysville Community Church routinely get together for times of fellowship, encouragement, and study. Present offerings include Men's Prayer at a member's home (7:00 am every Wednesday morning); the Men's Wednesday Breakfast and Bible Study (1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month; 8:30 am @ Dick's Diner in Murrysville; open to all); the Men’s Friday Breakfast and Bible Study (contact the church office) and special events as scheduled.
A dedicated group of leaders is now working with our Board of Elders to redesign our women's group. More information is coming soon.
What is a Connect Group? Basically, a Connect Group is a monthly meeting attended by a small group of church members, for fellowship and prayer.
Connect Groups meet on the fourth Sunday evening of every month, from 6:30 - 8:00 pm. Every member and regular attendee is encouraged to attend.
It is our hope that these groups will become a principal means through which to maintain the close-knit “family feel” of our church, while also providing a more personal fellowship opportunity through which to engraft our newest guests and attendees. Since this is a relatively small obligation (one Sunday evening per month), our hope is for all MCC members and friends to get involved.
We Need Hosts and Hostesses!
We’re looking for willing hosts and hostesses to open up their homes for Connect Groups. If you think that you might be willing, please contact us and we’ll forward more information. Please note: simply requesting information doesn’t obligate you to host a group. You can explore the options without worry!
Prime Timers is a very active group that enjoys fellowship with one another through various activities, including field trips to various historical and outstanding sites, seasonal and cultural events, canoeing and other recreation, meals together, and more!
Recent activities include a “Hike or Bike” at Ohiopyle State Park, a group picnic, a trip to see the River City Brass Band, canoeing on the Clarion River, and a trip to Sight & Sound Theatre in Lancaster, PA.
Prime Timers meets once a month from September through May with additional activities throughout the year. Members of Prime Timers are welcome to share in the planning and coordinating of events—and many events are also open to other church members and friends with no proof of age required!
If you’re 50 or over, we’d love to have you join Prime Timers, even if you attend another church—or no church at all!
